Wild Margins of Organisational Change
Wisdom Tree and Hazel Hill Wood are delighted to offer these two workshops exploring the less-known territory in ourselves and in the organisations we work with. The aim is to bring you new sources of resilience, greater self-awareness and creativity in organisational change and to enable you to be a more effective and resilient change agent. Wild Margins is a term used in ecology and permaculture to describe parts of an ecosystem that aren’t cultivated and can often provide solutions when problems arise in the mainstream crop. So what does exploring the wild margins mean in practice?
Drawing from the inspiring natural setting of Hazel Hill Wood, a 70-acre wood near Salisbury, we will be looking at:
v What’s in the shadow of our organisations: what’s being excluded, ignored, or repressed?
v What projections, roles and patterns might be hidden and unconscious in a change process?
v What needs to be attended to within our organisational systems to help achieve better outcomes?
v How can Hazel Hill wood’s wild margins help you/your organisation’s: inspiration, values & purpose?
There will be some opportunity for solo time in nature in this magical 70 acre woodland, to give you some time out to reflect and be replenished. We’ll be using a range of approaches that help us tap into the wild margins of organisational change.
