Description

Wild Mindfulness
Exploring inner and outer landscapes through Mindfulness and awareness

“Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask permission to know it and be known.”

When we spend any quality time in nature we meet “wildness” , something not controlled by our minds and wishes, we enter a world where we are a guest and here we can touch mystery and wisdom if we open to it. When we take our awareness inside also we meet a similar landscape - full of unknown treasures, overgrown paths and wild creatures. In each landscape if we approach with reverence, great things move towards us. Wisdom and wonder awaits.

This day workshop/retreat will offer an opportunity to saunter in nature, with fresh and open senses. We will take our extraordinary human senses to bring an open heart and mind to our experience. We will sit together, and alone, in and on the land. We will walk and explore, We will share what we discover.
