Join foraging expert & Michel Roux chef Carl Shillingford and botanist Matthew Rooney, for a fantastic mushroom forage in ancient woodland near Lavenham followed by a wild food cooking demonstration using ingredients that you have just found.
The forage will start at 08.30 in ancient woods near Lavenham and will last about two hours. You will then make your way back to the village hall for full refreshments and a look around the award winning farmers' market before a fabulous hour long cooking demo begins.
Tickets cost £35 and will include refreshments, the guided forage, cooking demo with the opportunity to taste lots of delicious samples and a Suffolk Market Events Goodie Bag complete with recipes and an amazing array of treats from Shillingfords at The Quay.
