About this event

Are you ready to open the door to a whole new creative world?

You’ve probably waited too long already.

It is time for you to explore your your creativity, for your healing, for your joy, and step into your most inspired creative self. It is time to step up to the canvas and let go.

Magic happens when you give yourself this space, and open up and play. SO PLAY BIG.

This workshop invites you to paint on BIG canvases - to take up space and to let go of what you thinkg should be happening and learning to let go and enjoy the process.

Working on big canvases can be challenging. It brings stuff up. So you want to be with an experienced teacher (also a qualified and experienced coach and yoga teacher) who can hold that space for you to grow.

I have been running these retreats for over 10 years and I intuitively how to support you in really stepping into creative expansion, regardless of whether you are an eperienced professional artists, or a beginner who hasn't picked up a paintbrush since childhood.

“I wanted to thank you for inspiring me to step forward as an artist. Without you, and the Wild painting weekend I wouldn't yet be where I am today. You helped me to believe I am AN ARTIST and I CAN PAINT + CREATE. I am very grateful to you, your support and your full-heartedness. Thank you again”

I say that I work with cool wise women and the truth is my workshops attracts women from all walks of life, from all over the world; business coaches, professional artists, designers, photographers, financial analysts, psychologists, therapists, healers and scientists. All of whom recognised their need to express themselves creatively, to nurture their inspiration and refuel their souls. One thing I can say is that each and everyone one of them has been wonderful company on this journey.

"..a wonderful workshop which absolutely met the inner need to be freed up and to somehow know HOW to be freed up. .. and gently get across and encourage the risks to take and give freedom to allow the artist to work in their own way all at once."

My work is in service to CREATIVITY. My intention is to OPEN A DOOR to a whole new world of your own creativity, that will enrich your life forever.

Everything I needed, without even knowing it. As the days unfolded, all my STORIES started UNRAVELLING. My creativity which had been interrupted, was now reignited. "

So. This is not a bland experience for shallow people. It is for you, for your life, for your true JOY.

If you want to join me for two whole days of diving deep into your creativity and magic - with fabulous company, delicous and nutritious food, incredible cakes, and a reignited passion for creativity and life. This is for you!

OUTLINE OF THE WEEKEND

Before you arrive I will have set up the space, cleared it of old energy and cleansed it with insence and blessings. Whether you jam with that or not, it is good to really set the scene, to be fully aware of what the space is for. Cleared of outide junk and set with full intention for creativity to flourish.

When you arrive, you will have time to settle in, to set up your area, get a cup of tea (various kinds available of course). Getting familiar with the space and how it feels is important, you need to feel grounded and at home. The studio is beautiful and airy and infused with the spirit of creativity. You will love it.

We then come together, to get to know each other a little, as we have settled into the space we need to settle into each other. I may invite you to share the stories of how you arrived here, creatively, or we sometimes journal or set specific intentions - I would say there is a set routine but I always play it by ear. Each group is different, and I like to keep my processes alive so that there is always a little element of improvisation and play.

We then move to painting. I have various processes and approaches to share with you, some I have learned from my many teachers (always acknowledged of course) and many more I have created myself over the years. I will demo different techniques and a variety o tools for you to try out.

It is always about deepening into your WILD free expression, experimentation, courage, and LAYERS.

The first day is more about trying things out with tuition the second day has more freedom. Throughout you will have individual support. And you will come to find that the group is there for you, and you will find inspiration from the room.

There are plenty of breaks and a vegan lunch provided alongside snacks. On Saturday we often take an optional lunchtime walk to Lawrence art supplies and do some art shopping.

At the end of the weekend you will leave with your two large paintings and a renewed confidence and creative enthusiasm.

We finish up with a reflection about the journey you've been on and a closing of the space.

More about WILD PAINTING

Wild Painting is a revolutionary path towards creative expression and abundance, accessible to those who feel the call .

It is not about skill, and - crucially - it is not about painting what is in front of you or recreating something you see in your head. It is a way of painting that side steps all that. Using acrylics and painting in layers, it allows you to loosen up, to learn to let go and play with paint, allowing the painting to emerge.

It is not another thing for you to try and do perfectly. In fact, you just can’t get it wrong. (not that this stops your brain from thinking these things, but we work on that!)

It is a journey into personal and creative transformation. Let go of your expectations, embrace the joy of painting and see the benefit in all areas of your life and business.

Unleashing your creative spirit unlocks boundless possibilities.

Paint so that you can:

  • Express emotions and inner thoughts.
  • Explore and unleash your innate creativity.
  • Face the unknown with courage.
  • Find joy and fulfilment in the artistic process.
  • Connect with others through shared experience.
  • Cultivate gratitude and practice mindfulness.
  • Challenge yourself and embrace personal growth.
  • Experience a sense of accomplishment and pride.
  • Create SPACE for your true WILD self.
  • Create a lasting legacy in the world

The canvas and you. It is a mirror and a dance. Let the experience teach you how to let go and enjoy your life.
