Come along to "Little Seeds" for an evening of fermentation alchemy. This is a "Hands On" Workshop. Take home your own delicious creation, ready to ferment, and the skills to make many more magical ferments!
Emma from Wild Pickle will share with you some history, some science and a demonstrations of a ferment like beet kvass, kefir and guide you through making your own sauerkraut. A kilner jar and fresh, organic vegetables will be provided, along with notes and recipes.
Enjoy some tasters of fermented foods like sauerkraut, fermented relishes, tepache, water kefir, milk kefir and more.. and browse through lots of amazing fermentation books to inspire you.
