Wild Social LIVE

I’m thrilled to announce my very first mini conference where I’ll be joined by some friends for a day of creativity, inspiration and networking (obviously!). All to raise as much money as possible for Dementia UK.

Join me at Homemade Cafe at Forest Recreation Ground from 10am-2:30pm on Thursday 16th October for a series of talks and a creative collaging session, all kicked off with an autumnal netwalk around Forest Rec!

There’ll be plenty of opportunities for networking, delicious food and drink you can buy from Homemade, a fabulous Blind Date With A Book sale and possibly even some Wild Social merch for sale too (TBC!)

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking?

Yes! Free parking is available at the Pavilion/Cafe. Drive in to Forest Recreation Ground via Mansfield Road and parking is next to the cafe. Do not park at the tram stop parking as there are cameras and you will receive a fine.

Can I get there on public transport?

Yes. It's very easy to get there on the tram. Catch a northbound tram and get off at The Forest. It's then a 5 minute walk down to The Pavilion through the park. You can catch a brown or lime line bus to Forest Recreation Ground too from the city centre.

Do I have to take part in the whole day?

No. You can come and go as you please and take part in the sessions you wish to. There will be another part of the cafe you can escape to for a coffee and something to eat if you wish to skip a session.

Will food and drink be available?

Food and drink isn't provided as part of the ticket price but Homemade Cafe provide a wonderful selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes and brunch and lunch options. So you can be sure you'll be well fed!
