Join Derbyshire Wildlife Trust to slow down and enjoy some time in nature to give your wellbeing a boost. We'll be switching on our different senses and taking a slow, short stroll to see what we can notice together.

This is an opportunity to relax and take some time out for yourself.

We will meet at the notice board at the main carpark at 1pm. The session lasts 1.5 hours.

Toilets available a short walk away (please be aware there is no disabled toilet available).

Free carparking available. The closest bus stop is 'Allestree Park Gates' serviced by Trent Barton's 'Sixes' bus. www.trentbarton.co.uk

Please come prepared for the weather as there is no shelter.

Sorry, no dogs or children, adults only.
