This is not your average run club.
This is movement with meaning — a free monthly event to elevate your energy, empower your mind, and help you feel your strongest self.
AND its NOT just for women!
Invite friends or family or just come solo. Whether you’re an experienced runner or you’ve never run a few K in your life — this is for you.
We move together. We cheer each other on. And we take breaks when needed. There are 3 running leads so you can go at a pace that suits you : )
✨ Here’s what’s happening:
– 🅿️ Meet & Warm-Up outside the Glasshouse Car Park
– Choose your pace:
• 5K all-abilities group run with supportive pauses - no pressure!
Rebecca leads more experienced runners - April in the middle steady pace - Louise leads from the back with a walk/run pace!
– Post-run coffee & connection at the beautiful Churchill Tree Pub
