Wild & Wise Group Therapy Circle

A monthly space for emotional connection, reflection, and healing — held in the heart of Penn, Buckinghamshire.

Wild & Wise is a monthly group therapy circle for adults of all genders, offering a confidential and supportive space to pause, reconnect, and speak openly about what’s really going on.

Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, loss, relationship breakdowns, shame, change, or simply feeling stuck, this space is here to meet you where you are.

Grounded in therapeutic practice and lived experience, the circle is held by two trained facilitators and offers:

🌀 A safe and confidential space to feel seen, heard, and supported

🌀 Connection with others through shared reflection and honest conversation

🌀 Practical tools for emotional regulation, healing, and self-awareness

🌀 Gentle psychoeducation to help make sense of feelings, patterns, and internal experiences

You don’t need to speak unless you want to — your presence alone is enough.

Wild & Wise Group Therapy is a space grounded in therapeutic principles — one where people come together to hold what’s heavy, reflect on what’s real, and begin to move with more clarity and care.

Founders/Facilitators – Wild & Wise Group Therapy Circle

Meet Your Facilitators:

Wild & Wise is co-facilitated by husband and wife team Jordan and Kiran Quinn, both trained therapists and local to Buckinghamshire.

With over a decade of combined experience in therapeutic practice, they bring a grounded, compassionate approach to group work — blending professional training with lived experience. Alongside their private work, they’re both active in the wider social impact space, supporting community mental health and trauma recovery.

Kiran also offers 1:1 therapy locally, while Jordan facilitates additional therapeutic spaces in Birmingham, including Brum Circle and other community-led initiatives.

Jordan Quinn

Jordan is an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Practitioner and Advanced EF T Practitioner, currently in the final year of a Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. He works across three placements — RSVP (supporting survivors of sexual violence), a secondary school, and a young people's mental health hub — and facilitates therapeutic group spaces through Brum Circle and The Hope Movement. Jordan draws on a trauma-informed, body-based approach, integrating EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Compassionate Inquiry, supporting emotional regulation, connection, and healing.

Kiran Quinn

Kiran is a UKCP accredited Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist, trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. She works with adults and has over four years of experience in both individual and group therapy. Kiran creates compassionate, reflective spaces for deep healing and self-discovery. Much of her work supports clients navigating loss, whether through bereavement, the end of a relationship or the loss of a job, as well as those living with trauma and anxiety. She also works with people experiencing deep sadness, anger, or those who come to therapy feeling emotionally numb. Kiran is a registered member of the BACP.
