Event description

Description

This is the fourth of five core workshops you can take part in during this week - as part of the Wild Wolf Survival Course - so you can gain a nationally accredited level 1 award in Bushcraft.

You can attend the workshop without taking part in the work needed to gain the qualification.

On this workshop you will learn the principles and techniques of creating shelter and bedding.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to give examples of key considerations when choosing the location for a shelter, test a material you want to use, and outline the key stages of construction. You will also be able to identify, collect and construct three different types of bedding materials.

You are welcome to attend the workshop without taking part in the accreditation process.
