This wonderful weekend of release and reconnection runs from Friday 25th October to Monday 28th October, to include;

· Hawthorn Rosehip jam making; bursting with vitamins, a great gift to make for loved ones.

· Dragon’s fire smudge making with dogwood star decorating.

· Chakra Candle Making; infuse your energy into bespoke candles.

· Free Time to explore the breathtaking grounds of Hellens Manor, allowing time in nature to rejuvenate your spirit.

· A bespoke plant-based menu by Mimi; Indulge in Mimi's culinary artistry, savouring a nourishing and seasonal plant-based menu designed to elevate your senses.

Retreat information

Location : Hellens Manor, Much Marcle, Herefordshire HR8 2LY

Dates and times: The retreat will start from 4pm on Friday 25th October and finish on Monday 28th October at 10am. A full schedule and plant based menu will be sent out to all those booked on.

Cost: On sliding scale depending on room type. Rooms are single occupancy with a few options to share with a friend.

We have 3 room types to choose from depending on budget and needs;

-Ivy Rooms at £485

-Holly Rooms at £545*

-Oak Rooms (double ensuites) at £615*

Costs incude 3 nights accommodation in the rustic cosy Georgian stables, all nourishing seasonal plant based meals and drinks (Gluten free and other allergies catered for) , Sound immersion sessions, cacao ceremony and all materials for crafting and workshops.

*Option to share the triple Holly Room or double ensuite Oak Room with a friend at £485 each

Travel: Ledbury is the nearest train station (10 minutes) or Hereford (30 minutes). For those preferring to come by car, we can help coordinate lift shares.

How to book?

To secure your space a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required and the rest can be split in monthly installments. Email Cecilia at info@csoundspace.com to book directly and avoid eventbrite fees.

A completed health form is required before the start of the retreat. If you are pregnant, have tinnitus, a pacemaker or any other health concerns or allergies, please notify us upon booking.
