Do you hear the drum beat call?...

The call to gather around the fire with fellow wild women, in sisterhood?...

Hearing, seeing, witnessing each other, in our truth?...

The full expression of you being fully accepted, embraced, nurtured, held & celebrated?...

If so, come and claim your space in the circle, as we connect with the turning wheel of the year, this Samhain.

As we gather to mark the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, we celebrate the powerful energy of Samhain—a time to honour the cycles of birth, death & rebirth.

This circle offers a sacred space to honour our ancestors, release what no longer serves, and prepare for the new growth to come. Samhain is about embracing both endings and new beginnings, resting in the quiet, introspective energy of the season. Together, we’ll journey inward, listening to our intuition as we reflect on our own transformations.

Come join us as we connect to the rhythms of Mother Earth and prepare for the darkness ahead, knowing it is also a time of deep wisdom and inner renewal.

During this circle you will receive a nourishing combination of:

● Community, safety & togetherness

● Being fully witnessed, heard, celebrated & held

● Inspiration & permission to practice the full expression of your true self in a safe, judgement free space

● Guided meditation & inner journeys

● Breathwork / pranayama - simple techniques to bridge the conscious with the unconsicous.

● Sacred share circle - the core of these circles is the practice of speaking from the heart & deep listening. Trust your intuition and share as much or as little as you feel called to. There will be guidance to aid the process. There is medicine in both the listening and the sharing.

● Journalling prompts to further support your journey

● Mindful movement

● Nature connection in a magical enclosed woodland garden, cacooned beneath the trees (with a canopy to sheild us from rain), gathered around the open fire.

● Singing in sisterhood (no obligation to sing, listening & absorbing very welcome)

● Ritual for release / letting go, as well as sowing seeds of intention.

● Time for free flow connection

● Wholesome cake & herbal tea

Gatherer & Guardian of the Circle:

Bonnie has served as a wellbeing therapist for over a decade supporting adults, children and families before training in yoga, mindfulness, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and time based techniques. She is a coach, mentor and share circle facilitator who is passionate about supporting women to access their innate wisdom and explore the depths and power of their true nature. These circles offer safe and sacred spaces that are skillfully facilitated, guided and held. We draw upon the cycling nature of mother earth to aid our own cyclical natures, particularly as women, fostering deeper alignment to ourselves and deeper connection to the planet we inhabit.

Testimonials:

"I really value the skilful, heartled way Bonnie holds the space and creates a container that feels not only safe but also allows a very deep and open expression from all the women who attend. I am truly blessed and grateful to be part of such a beautiful group." Kim

"It was so wonderful🌀 grateful for the renewed sense of strength, inspiration and sisterhood coming to this circle brings 💛✨ thank you 🙏" Gabby

"These circles have given me space to reflect, to feel into what it means to be a woman and feel supported by other women, and I have made new local friends. I am so grateful to have the regular, safe refuge of the wild women's circle where I know I can be entirely myself, unrestricted and divinely feminine." Maggie

“Bonnie holds the most beautiful women's circle. She creates a healing sacred space amongst the trees and bird song where women can gather together to witness and honour each other. I feel able to show myself unapologetically in my current state and feel nurtured and held. I leave the circle rejuvenated, feeling connected to my sisters and empowered to be fully myself in the world” Leasa

I am so looking forward to gathering in circle to celebrate the turning wheel of the year together, with those that feel called to join.

See you around the fire.

Love,

Bonnie x
