👋 Hi, I'm Anna, founder of Writing with Purpose, a purpose-led company that combines creative writing with personal growth.
With a Master’s in Creative Writing and Wellbeing, training in counselling skills, and specialised certifications in journalling and ecopsychology, I help people transform their lives through the power of written words.
Currently, I'm crafting my first thriller novel while leading monthly online journalling sessions and in-person workshops. Since launching Writing with Purpose, I've guided participants through six immersive journalling workshops, helping them unlock their potential through writing.
With over two decades of experience as a copywriter and content creator, I've evolved my practice to focus on wellness and nature-based writing. My approach combines professional writing expertise with evidence-based wellbeing practices, supported by a Diploma in Journal Therapy, a CACHE L2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and training in ecopsychology.
I'm on a mission to share the transformative power of writing with 100,000 people over the next decade. Through Writing with Purpose, I offer a unique blend of nature connection and personal development through words. Whether you seek emotional clarity, creative expression, or a deeper connection with the natural world, my approach provides practical tools for meaningful change.
To deepen my knowledge of journalling facilitation, I am currently studying Kathleen Adams’s Journal to the Self Instructor Certification Training Programme through the Center for Journal Therapy.
