We've teamed up with British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and DWT member Jacqueline Stevenson to create a new nature reserve outdoor yoga class (indoor if it rains!).
Outdoor Yoga is the perfect way to destress in the natural world, practising yoga outside connects the mind, body and soul.
Our one hour wild class will be running every Friday from 8th July until September 30th with a break on Friday 26 August when there won't be a class.
Suggested donation £4, £2 for DWT members. Booking is essential as class space is limited.
