Wilder Work – founded by exited agency founder Holly Tennock - creates the space and stimulus for reconnection. This is for agency folk of all types to reconnect with their hunger for new opportunities and to take time out to focus ON the business in a truly inspirational rural environment. Don't you deserve the time to reflect on your recent triumphs and current challenges, a time for coaching and of course for valuable conversations too?
Wilder Work creates long-term partnerships with large landed estates looking to take land out of intensive agricultural use and re-wild it to restore natural processes. Our venue for the day will be the secret Wilder Work site with a tipi, campfire, log circles and a wild kitchen. This special space is inaccessible to the public and has been privately owned since the 1600s. Wilder Work are on a mission to connect people in inspiring natural places and on this occasion they have chosen the wonderful Hatch Park Estate in Ashford.
--
We're inviting ambitious "Wilder Agencies" to step out of your day-to-day and to reconnect with the rewilding landscape as well as other agency folk. Attune your observational skills and your natural sense of abundance whilst hanging out in beautiful large stretch tents and big hat tipis in a private woodland with a large rewilding meadow to enjoy as well. Not only that, but they'll be a delicious hyper-local lunch in an unforgettable wild location.
After lunch, apply this refreshed way of thinking directly back into your business in a coach-led workshop that uses natural stimulus to fire up a whole new way of thinking about your approach to landing new business. Leave with an increased sense of connection to opportunities for your business and come away with peer-tested business development ideas.

Meet the Team:
Holly Tennock, Ed Kyrke-Smith, Michael White, Ian Warehorn, Urvi Mwangi and Michael Murdoch

Your Host: Holly Tennock
Founder of Wilder Work, 07966 280 542, holly@wilder.work
As a successfully exited entrepreneur, Holly loves coaching other founders on how they can find financial and mental freedom. She has experience coaching individually, in groups and across a team.
Holly founded PR agency, Journalista in 2009 and built a team based on the values of equality, transparency, camaraderie, and creativity. Together the team delivered ground-breaking campaigns in data-led PR comms and marketing that drove positive social changes across the education, science, and healthcare sectors.
Wilder Work is what happened when Holly's three worlds converged. After selling her business in 2019 and re-qualifying as a professional coach, Holly coached local farmers and rewilders. Here, she learnt regenerative farming and rewilding techniques and found many could be applied in building better businesses. Resilient, natural energy-filled businesses that self-regenerate. Wilder Work is the answer to the networking, coaching and away days our founder sought for the business she built for over ten years. Seeking a deeper sense of purposeful production, she and the amazing team she has gathered are Wilder Work.

Some more testimonials from past Wilder Work events...
⭐️ "My stand-out memory was the atmosphere of the spaces - the open views of the Gamekeeper's Lodge, the magic of the ancient bluebell wood and the cocooned birdsong in the new Wilder Work base in the woodland clearing."
⭐️ "The locations, the food, the amazing people. Being in nature helps me 'see the wood for the trees' in my business and life."
⭐️ "Me and my team are seriously into their food and go to the most innovative restaurants across the world - they still rave about the meals we've been served on the Wilder Works Days we attended last year. It's seriously good."
⭐️ "Tempura hogweed and ponzu; nettle cakes, tornado of Hatch Park venison... these are not dishes you get on a 'normal' work-away day! Alongside expert coaching - it's a phenomenal day to remember."

We create long-term partnerships with large landed estates looking to take land out of intensive agricultural use and re-wild it to restore natural processes. The secret site, with tents and a wild kitchen, has been inaccessible to the public and privately owned since the 1600s.
The fundamental processes of restoring nature so it can restore us also apply in work. For example, restoring natural balance, reintroducing diversity, minimising unnecessary intervention, creating resilient ecosystems and promoting sustainable practices that enable all to thrive.
A process of restoring natural abundance and diversity through the replication of natural processes upon the landscape. It is the large-scale restoration of nature until it can take care of itself – and us – again.
