About this event

The River Frome is at the heart of our community, and we’re working together to make it wilder and healthier for people and wildlife.

Join the Severn Vale Catchment Partnership for an evening of talks, a short riverside walk, and the chance to hear more about the Wilder Frome project. We’ll share what’s already happening on the river – from removing barriers to fish passage, to tackling invasive species and bringing back native crayfish – and our vision for 2030.

What to expect

• Talks from river experts and local partners
• A short guided walk to Kingfisher Business Park weir
• Updates on progress towards our 2030 vision
• Time for questions and ways to get involved

🍴 Stroud Brewery has a fantastic menu. You can book a table for food before the event or order at the bar and bring it through to the event space.

This event is open to everyone with an interest in the River Frome, its wildlife and its future.

👟 Please note the evening includes a short riverside walk, so we recommend suitable footwear.
