Wildfitness London Jams provide you with a taste of what Wildfitness is all about without having to leave the city. London has plenty of wild spots of its own and no we are not talking about Shoreditch on a Saturday night. We are talking about the amazing open space of Hampstead Heath and the ancient woodlands of Highgate woods both full of amazingly varied terrains to enjoy and explore.
For an hour and a half we explore the broad range of the human movement capacity by breaking it down into practical skills. We will teach skills natural to us in the sense that they have been fundamental to our evolution and are still movements that the body expects and finds super nutritious to us today. These sessions are highly scalable and designed for all levels of experience and fitness. Each session will start with drills to prepare the body and mind for the specific skills being covered that day. There will be an emphasis on coaching the skills needed to become proficient in each movement however, as is the Wildfitness way, we will make sure there is plenty of time for play and a touch of intensity.
