About this event

Charity & Causes • Environment

Each September, we carry out essential wildflower meadow management in Iris Brickfield to help preserve and enhance this vital habitat for wildlife. This annual activity is timed to follow the flowering season, allowing seeds to drop and ensuring the meadow remains rich in biodiversity.

In this session we will be raking our wildflower meadows in order for us to reduce soil fertiltiy which keeps the grass at bay to allow wildflowers to thrive.
