Wildflower Women’s Circle is a warm and welcoming online gathering created to nurture connection, reflection, and a sense of calm. Each session invites you to pause from the busyness of daily life and step into a safe, supportive space where you can simply be yourself. Like wildflowers, we each bring our own unique beauty, and together we create a flourishing circle of belonging.

Our time together begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle, ground, and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll be invited—only if you feel comfortable—to share how you’re feeling, allowing space to be heard and held in sisterhood. This sharing is always optional, and all voices are honoured in a spirit of non-judgment and care.

We’ll also spend time with mindful journaling, giving you the chance to explore your thoughts and feelings on the page, as well as some simple, seated yoga practices to release tension and restore balance. Each circle is enriched with poetry readings chosen to inspire, uplift, and connect us more deeply to ourselves and each other.

By the end of the gathering, you’ll feel more relaxed, centred, and supported—ready to face the week ahead with clarity and calm. Whether you join to connect with others, to enjoy quiet reflection, or simply to take a moment for yourself, Wildflower Women’s Circle offers a nourishing space where you are always welcome.

Do I need to have any experience with meditation, journaling, or yoga?

Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and gently guided, so you can take part in whatever way feels right for you.

What should I bring?

Have a notebook and pen for journaling, and a comfortable place to sit. A candle, blanket, or cup of tea can also make the space feel cozy.

Do I have to share during the circle?

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen and hold space for others if that feels best.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax and move gently through simple, seated yoga stretches.

Who is this circle for?

All women are welcome, regardless of age or background. This is an inclusive, supportive space for connection and reflection.

Is what I say confidential?

Absolutely. Anything you choose to share will be respected and kept confidential. This is a space for sharing without fear of judgement.

How do I join?

Attendees who have purchased a ticket will be sent a Zoom link on the morning of the circle.
