Conference Description.

Beyond the technical requirements, it becomes necessary to adopt an approach involving governance principles ensuring responsiveness, efficiency and taking into account legal constraints.

During this seminar, Me. Emmanuelle Ragot, DATA / IP / TMT and Employment Partner at Wildgen, and Me. Florence Delille, Senior Associate, will discuss the legal management steps prior to, during and after a Cyber incident and will present the legal aspects of a crisis management.

The speakers:

_Qualified Avocat à la Cour in Paris and Luxembourg, Partner Emmanuelle RAGOT heads Wildgen’s Data, Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (Data/IP/TMT) practice group as well as the Employment law department. In addition, she also leads dedicated offerings such as Wildgen 4 innovation, our legal hub for start-up businesses and Wildgen 4 Art.

Focused on litigation, transactional and advisory work, Emmanuelle has developed a sound experience in protecting her clients’ interests and advise them on the best strategy to respond to their needs and goals.

She represents high-profile local and international clients in the management and protection of personal data, IP rights, contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.

A recognised specialist in the protection of personal data for more than 15 years, she is asked by clients’ management and board to assist on the implementation of legal policies and internal culture on data protection, conduct legal audits and produce legal documentation on GDPR. She works with Heads of Legal and Board Members on the impact of GDPR in their various projects.

Florence Delille, Avocat à la Cour and member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2008, is a Senior Associate in the Data, Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (Data/IP/TMT) practice group at Wildgen. She has extensive experience in intellectual property rights and trademarks as well as in dispute resolution and corporate law.

She assists clients in being compliant with GDPR by conducting legal audits, helping them implement their data protection policies and negotiating agreements on personal data processing,

Her expertise covers the full spread of contentious and non-contentious issues related to new technologies.

Guillaume Dally, Avocat and member of the Paris and Luxembourg (Liste IV) bars, is an Associate in the Data, Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (Data/IP/TMT) practice group at Wildgen.

He deals with contentious and non-contentious matters related to data protection, trademarks, new technologies, intellectual property and media.

Graduated in law from the universities of Paris and Munich, he also specialises in European Business Law and Technical Innovation Law.
