Join us for a fun and interactive pond-dipping adventure at Gosforth Nature Reserve! We’ll explore the reserve’s exciting pond, using nets and trays to carefully discover the fascinating creatures living beneath the surface — from darting water boatmen to speedy water skaters. Along the way, you’ll learn how to spot different species and find out more about their amazing underwater lives.

Perfect for young nature lovers and curious explorers, this event is a wonderful way to uncover the watery wonders of Gosforth Nature Reserve.

Additional Notes:

  • Parent/gaurdian supervision of children is required at all times. Please only book a ticket for the child/children, accompanying adult does not need a ticket.
  • Toilet facilities are available.
  • Accesibility- all facilities are fully accessible and the route taken around the reserve will be also.
