Workshop Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Payments are handled securely via Eventbrite.
Your booking confirms your agreement to these terms.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 14 days' notice: Full refund or transfer to another available date.
Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund, but you may transfer your place to a friend (please notify us).
In the unlikely event that we cancel: You’ll receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
3. Weather Conditions
The workshop runs in most weather, including light rain. Please dress appropriately.
If severe weather (e.g. storms, flooding) makes it unsafe, you will be contacted and offered a reschedule or refund.
4. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings.
Please inform the organiser of any relevant medical conditions at booking.
Participants must follow all reasonable guidance from the instructor during the session.
The event may involve walking on uneven ground, near water, or through undergrowth — suitable footwear and clothing are required.
5. Photography & Image Use
You retain full rights to your own images.
By attending, you consent to any photographs taken during the event being used for promotional purposes (unless you notify us in writing before the session).
6. Age Requirements
The workshop is open to adults (18+) unless otherwise stated. Under-18s may attend only by prior agreement with a parent/guardian present.
7. Liability
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.
