About this event

Come and join us at our Queen Elizabeth Hospital community grow space for our weekly nature walk around the site every Wednesday morning! We will spend time discovering the large diversity of wildlife we can find, including a variety of different birds, butterflies, moths and other insects. When we get back to the community grow space we will then spend a couple of hours gardening, growing and tending to our beautiful fruits and vegetables, so please feel free to stay and join us!

We meet on the main path between Outpatients and University train station, next to the sign for Metchley Roman Fort.

If you would like to get involved please email rebecca.kibbler@tcv.org.uk to find out more!

We are The Conservation Volunteers.

We bring people together to create, improve and care for green spaces. From local parks and community gardens to Local Nature Reserves and Sites of Special Scientific Interest; from school grounds and hospital grounds to waterways, wetlands and woodlands; we connect people to the green spaces that form a vital part of any healthy, happy community.
