About this event

Health • Yoga

Gather round the fire, sisters of the wild, in soul remembrance of who we are and who we have always been. Beneath the trees, in the embrace of Mother Earth, we drum, rest in hammocks, and weave our energy with the land.

At this sacred threshold of the Autumn Equinox — the gateway between light and dark — we honour balance, give gratitude for our harvests, and release what is no longer needed. In this alchemy of earth, fire, and sisterhood, we become vessels for soul growth, readying ourselves for the fertile dark where transformation begins.

We close in communion, sharing a simple autumn buffet of abundance — please bring food and drink to offer, and feast together in gratitude and sisterhood.

Please come dressed for the elements, in whatever expresses your spirit — full ceremonial robes, harvest colours, ancestral dress, or your coziest layers. Adorn yourself as your inner wildling calls. This circle will be held outdoors in the woods, around the fire, in most weather.

Circle Etiquette (gentle agreements)

  • We listen without fixing.
  • We speak from the I (owning our story).
  • We keep what’s shared confidential.
  • We care for the land—leave no trace.

Is this religious? Do I need to believe anything?

No required beliefs. We honour Earth, seasonal balance, and personal intention. Women from all spiritual paths (and none) are welcome.

Who is this for? (Inclusivity)

This is a sisterhood space welcoming women and femme-identifying/non-binary folks. We aim to be LGBTQIA+ inclusive, trauma-sensitive, and body-positive.

Accessibility & facilities

The woodland floor is uneven; paths can be muddy. A short walk (5–10 mins) from parking is typical. If you need closer access or a seat instead of a hammock, tell us in advance—we can set up low chairs near the fire. Toilet: access to toilet available.

Weather plan

This is an outdoor, all-weather circle. We proceed in light rain (tarps/canopies available). In severe weather or unsafe wind/fire conditions we will reschedule or move under cover, and your booking will be honoured for the new da

Fire & safety

A trained fire guardian manages the flame. Please keep to designated areas, tie back long hair, and follow guidance when making offerings. No loose flowing sleeves near the fire.

Hammock sound rest—how does it work?

We provide hammocks and check rigging before the session. Typical limit: 120kg per hammock. If you prefer the ground, a cosy nest of blankets will be made for you. Please remove boots before using hammocks.

What if I don’t want to be smudged or use smoke?

Totally fine. We can waft sound (bell/rattle) or offer a smoke-free blessing spray. Please note any asthma/smoke sensitivity on your form.

Food sharing & allergies

Label your dish with veggie/vegan/gluten/dairy/nuts where relevant. We’ll create a nut-free zone as needed, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Can I bring alcohol or pets?

Can I bring alcohol or pets? No alcohol or recreational substances. Pets stay at home (support dogs by prior arrangement).

Photos & privacy

We prioritise confidentiality and consent. We may take a few wide, ambience photos of the altar/forest. No identifiable images without explicit consent. You’re welcome to keep your phone off.

Refunds & transfers

If you cancel 7+ days before, we can transfer your ticket to a future circle or another person. Within 7 days, tickets are transferable (you can gift/sell to a friend) but non-refundable. If we must reschedule for safety, your ticket automatically moves to the new date (or credit offered).

Health considerations

f you’re pregnant, recently post-surgery, or have cardiac/respiratory conditions, please participate gently; all activities are optional. Let us know anything we should hold in awareness. If you feel emotional, a guardian will support you—tears are welcome here.

What if I feel nervous or new to groups?

You’ll be guided every step. You can sit out any element, stand at the edge, or request a buddy. Your no is sacred.
