Wildscreen will once again welcome the wildlife film and photography industry to the vibrant city of Bristol on Monday 15 - Friday 19 October 2018.

Buy your delegate pass before 30 April and get 30% off the usual selling price, bringing the price of attendance down to £350+VAT and fees. If you purchase your pass between 1 May - 31 July there will be a 20% discount, taking the price down to £400+VAT and fees. Full price tickets will go on sale from 1 August. If you are a freelancer or small business with a turnover of less than £1m, you will be eligible for a 20% discount from the full ticket price after 1 August.

A special concession rate is available at a massive 50% discount from the full week pass price, bringing the price down to just £250+VAT and fees. You are eligible for this rate if you are:

  • Under 25
  • Student in full-time education
  • 30 or under and a first-time Wildscreen Festival attendee
  • 65 or over
  • Work for a registered non-profit organisation

Please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility if requested.

Please note that a service fee will be added to the ticket price.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Requests to transfer your ticket to an alternative person must be made in writing to hello@wildscreen.org. Such requests shall be approved or denied by Wildscreen in its sole discretion and a fee may be charged.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are refundable until 15 September 2018. A fee may be charged.

How do I get into each festival event?

Seating in most venues is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis and Wildscreen cannot guarantee entry to all programmed events. You may be required to RSVP before the Festival for events that are expected to be particularly popular.

Is there anything else I should know?

(1) You should be aware that you may be photographed or filmed at times throughout the Festival and the recordings may be distributed. (2) Your contact details will be published on a delegate list which is distributed to all attendees of Wildscreen Festival. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves.

How does the deposit scheme work?

(1) Buy a deposit ticket today for £150+VAT and remember the email address that you enter – only this email address can be used to upgrade your ticket to a full ticket.

(2) When you’re ready to pay the balance (before 31 May) go to www.eventbrite.co.uk/mytickets and login using the email address used for the original purchase. Select your previously purchased ticket in the Upcoming Events section.

(3) Click Transfer and enter the promotional code we gave you in your original purchase email to unlock and select the Top Up ticket.

(4) Provide your payment details so we can charge you the remaining balance, for a total price paid of £350+VAT (a service charge will be added).

(5) You are now officially attending the 2018 Wildscreen Festival!
