Description
Come and join us on Remembrance Sunday for a comparative talk from our resident Librarian Cynthia Greenwood to find out more about the Great War Poets Wilfred Owen and his lesser known female counterpart, Winifred M Letts.
The talk will last around 60 – 90 minutes with free refreshments and biscuits after the talk.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Recommended for adults only.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Car parking charges are £2.50 for up to 3 hours and £5.50 for 3 - 6 hours. Please note that car park charges apply during the Hall’s opening hours (Monday – Thursday 10am – 4pm and Sunday 1 – 4pm). The Hall is very close to the Exchange Quay Metrolink Station on the MediaCityUK / Eccles line. Any bus to Salford Quays on the A5063 stops on Trafford Road (the Copthorne Hotel) leaving a short walk to the Hall.
