Event description

Will 2019 see the Death of Social Media

As the coverage of fake news, data loss and manipulation of users grows, Facebook continues to see a dramatic decline in traffic.

As consumer confidence in the platform spirals, business needs to ask itself is social media still an effective tool to reach and retain customers?

Join us to help you understand the most up to date social media pitfalls and more importantly how to place communicating effectively with your customers at the heart of everything you do in 2019.

Communications and Marketing Experts Ashley Riley and Ken Punter from Ashley Riley Communications have created this bespoke workshop for business to learn the latest marketing data for 2019.

They will highlight in an informative, engaging and challenging way what business big or small needs to do to put to ensure their customers come first. Using global examples of businesses such as Nike, Amazon, Coke and others this workshop will give practical examples that are essential for any business wanting to grow and be successful in 2019.

Who is this for?

This is predominantly for business owners and directors, whether B2B or B2C, who want to use social media as one of their marketing strategies

This is ideally suited and intended for businesses already running and established for 6 months or more. Please refer to courses by NWES and MENTA for courses more suited for those businesses who are pre-start or have been trading for less than 6 months.
