Cross-border payments are expected to transform by using blockchain technology offering inexpensive highly efficient and faster transfers than ever. Innovations in the IoT space will compete to disrupt the payment infrastructure further. Will online platforms' payments ever be completely decentralized? What does the shift to a "platform economy" where transactions are decentralized mean to the user? How do new blockchain based projects deal cyber security risks? Big players in the payment space are joining the race and compete with best blockchain startups proposing payment system for business-to-business transactions "partially based on blockchain technology.", what's the difference? These and others questions to be addressed in a promising debate with experts and founders operating in the space.
The event is organised by Trustless Ecosystems 2030 - a meetup group committed to support responsible blockchain projects i and spread the adoption of blockchain technologies sponsored by TiiQu and organized by Laura Degiovanni .

FilmChain (filmchain.co) is the first automatic fintech service that collects, allocates and analyses revenues for film, TV, and digital content using smart contracts on Ethereum. Clients adopting the platform end-to-end include Council of Europe Eurimages, Golden-Globe winning producers and numerous funds. FilmChain provides transparency, payment automation, rights management tracker, much lower fees to its users. The startup is financed by the UK government. Imperial College and University of Toronto CDL Blockchain-AI are their tech partners.
Guy Davies - Advisor Brixton Pound
Guy Davies is passionate about helping organisations create meaningful change using technology for ethical and social good. Currently leading the new Digital Currency Platform build for the Brixton Pound and a Co-Founder of a German start-up dealing with Intellectual Property Rights using Blockchain Technology.
With 15 years commercial business development across innovation and technology products, Guy helps discern nascent markets and deliver new business strategies. He also has 30 years experience in the music industry as a writer, producer and performer. Guy thrives on building and maintaining strategic relationships whilst communicating complex ideas in a simple way across all stakeholder levels. His role in life is to create music and build bridges between technology, communities and business.
Anton Mozgovoy - Technology and blockchain expert
In 2017 Anton became CTO of Humaniq - a fintech company working on blockchain solution creating a financial marketplace for emerging markets. Humaniq has been selected as a top pick in blockchain in 2018 by TechCrunch. It has also been selected as a top use case by the UK Parliament in APPG. With his team, Anton launched the first hybrid blockchain in production.
After being Invited to serve as a mentor in FasterCapital responsible for tracking and mentoring startups in fintech, blockchain and crypto spaces, Anton took the role in 2018 of senior partner in Investment Network Company (INC). INC helps startups and projects related to technology get access to venture capital; currently he advises Nyne and LegalFAB. Nyne - is a rare sneakers investment platform. LegalFAB - is blockchain company working on legal documents automation.
Jason Maude - Chief technology Advocate Starling Bank
Jason is a coder, coach, and public speaker. He has over a decade of experience working in the financial sector, primarily in creating and delivering software. Mann is a passionate technologist and a Certified Blockchain Expert. He first started his digital agency back in 2003 and over the years, he has personally supported over 200 small businesses and worked with some of the biggest brands including Groupon, L’Oreal, SkinCeuticals and New Balance. His latest venture, Stark Payments is designed to build a bridge for conventional payment companies to introduce crypto currency solutions to their existing business customers, with a view of introducing them to new global markets and future-proofing their businesses.
Raki Brown - CEO Createlinx
Raki's passion for robotics and Artificial Intelligence, pairs with his thirst for innovation, together with Dr. Mirko Kovac, Director of the Aerial Robotics Laboratory at Imperial College London, set up SkyCity Robotics Ltd. to collaborate on a window-cleaning drone invented by Raki.
