Willow Weaving Mini Chicken Workshop

Description
Spend the day learning the incredible craft and skill of willow weaving and create your very own mini willow chicken to take home (guide size 35cm long by 25cm tall by 15cm wide), a beautiful sculpture that would look great both in the home or garden! An interactive workshop hosted by local willow weaver extraordinaire Judith Needham; followed by a delicious two-course set menu designed by Head Chef Jonathan Long from The Duke of Cambridge, Tilford. All materials and tools provided, although you may wish to bring your own apron to avoid dirtying your clothes.

MAIN COURSE
Pan-roasted Barbary duck breast served with roasted new potatoes, rhubarb puree, purple cape broccoli and a red wine jus.
OR
Pan-fried fillet of Skrie Cod served with creamy mash potato, braised baby gem lettuce and a wholegrain mustard & tarragon sauce.
OR
Sauteed gnocchi tossed with basil pesto served with roasted courgettes, cherry tomatoes, olives, Italian hard cheese crisp and truffle oil (v).
HOME-MADE DESSERT
Honey and Tilford Ripper (ale) treacle tart served with Meadow End Cottage apple sorbet.
OR
Maple and pecan tart served with rhubarb and custard ice cream
OR
White chocolate pannacotta served with Granny Smith apple puree and macerated blueberries.
Your menu choices will be taken upon arrival on the morning of the workshop.
