The WHM Workshop Includes: • Science: This method is backed by incredible scientific testing, see how Wim has been tearing up the textbooks • Guided WHM Breathing Session • Ice Bath (optional) • Mindset • Snacks & light refreshments You will be fully guided and supported throughout every element of your WHM workshop. We Recommend Bringing: • Yoga mat • Refillable water bottle • Bathing suit & towel • Anything to make you comfortable for laying down for the Breath Session (blanket, cushion, warm layers) • Journal & pen/pencil • Warm layers (for after the ice)
