- Explore movement safely & joyfully 🌿

Session Structure
Each class is 50-55 minutes and includes:
- Spin: a mix of terrains (hills, flat roads, sprints) with music to power your ride
- Strength & Conditioning: floor-based work to strengthen upper, lower or core muscles (focus changes weekly for full-body balance)
- Mobility & Stretch: a guided cool-down to recover and restore
Don’t worry if you are new: every exercise is explained and can be adapted to your needs (we all get the occasional wrist or knee niggle!).
My Approach
I simply love group fitness and the good vibes that come with moving together. Life can be tough but exercise and community can make it feel a little brighter, lighter and more uplifting. I hope you can find that too.
I strive to make my classes inclusive. Some of us still feel very self-conscious or uncomfortable going to the gym floor or simply exercising in a group.
If you make the effort to show up (whether that’s dragging yourself out of bed or escaping the office before dinner), I will be there waiting for you with a welcoming and judgement-free class.
