Congratulations on your successful grant application! We are delighted to invite you to the launch event for the Inclusive Talent Brokerage (ITB) Programme, hosted by the GLA’s Workforce Integration Network (WIN), on 26 September at 11am-4pm.
The ITB Programme addresses London’s talent gap by supporting CBOs like yours to expand employment support for your beneficiaries—helping connect diverse, skilled Londoners with good job opportunities.
Event Overview:
The morning session will serve as an onboarding for you and the other successful CBOs joining the programme. During this session, we will:
· Introduce each CBO and the work you do with your communities
· Provide an overview of the ITB Programme, including how CBOs will operate within it and reporting requirements
· Discuss ways of working between CBOs and WIN
· Prepare for the afternoon’s session with DWB
The afternoon will begin with a short workshop with GLA colleagues from the Skills and Employment team, focusing on practical referral pathways between programmes.
Following the workshop, Dr Debbie Weekes-Bernard will chair a discussion with you on your role in reducing inequality, sharing best practices, engaging those excluded from London’s talent and employment system - exploring solutions to achieve better outcomes for your beneficiaries.
