Event description

Description

The Granary Creative Arts Centre is hosting a special evening of Cultural Networking at 6.30pm on Wednesday 10 May 2017. The guest speaker is Martin Rowson who regularly publishes his satire in the Guardian.

Martin will be talking about the 35,000 year long history of visual satire, how and why it works, fully illustrated and wholly foul mouthed.

Dan O'Farrell will also be performing some satirical notes.

If satire and the art of turning things on their head to present an alternative view interests you, The Granary will be pleased to see you at the event.

This is a free event with a donation bar.

To find the Granary Creative Arts Centre take the Brockwood turning (near Bramdean) off the A272 and follow the road past the front and back gates of the school there. Take the first driveway on the right after 2 cottages.
