Join us for some mindful movements to improve your health! Every Wednesday lunchtime.
Follow a mix of moves, from various practices such as Qi gong, Tai chi, meditation, breathwork etc.
No mat or particular clothing is required.
It's the perfect midweek treat to unwind and recharge. Come to the Swindon Hub, located at 36 The Parade, Swindon SN1 1BA, UK.
Grab a friend or two and enjoy exploring moving your body to improve your health.
Suitable for beginners as no previous experience is necessary. Move within your comfort range and build up slowly.
Wind down Wednesday will runs to cover the regular 'Move, Breathe, Smile' Tai-chi - Qigong class with Bruce Clark the same place and the same time.
