The race entry fee is £10 per team of two, where both runners are registered with England Athletics (EA), £12 where only one runner is registered with EA, and £14 where neither runner has an EA registration.
The event is a relay format and for teams of two, with each team member taking turns to complete a one kilometre lap until each has run 5 laps (and therefore a total distance of 10K for the team). The running surface is a mixture of grass, woodland trail and footpaths, away from roads and entirely traffic free.
Only one entry per pair is needed (although we'd be grateful if you can provide us with details of both runners) and the minimum age for entry is 11 years. There will be prizes for pairs in the Ladies, Men's and Mixed Categories.
