Venue
We have booked exclusive use of a fantastic campsite in the heart of Mersea Island - XXX. The campsite has the following facilities:
Accommodation
There are 32 spacious caravans holding 6-8 people each. They consist of two double rooms and one twin room and have a large sofa bed.
Package
The price per person will be an incredible £225. This will include the following:
- Send off party
- Coach
- Accommodation
- Food for the weekend - breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Inflatables on Day 1
- Games led by an adventure company on Day 2
- Round robin rugby tournament on Day 3
- Kids rugby kit (top, shorts, socks, kit bag)

What do I need to do?
Places are limited so please reserve your place by clicking on the 'Get Tickets' button. Please answer all questions on the booking form including those relating to kit to ensure we can accommodate your requirements.
Payment
We aren't able to take payment through online platforms unfortunately so we ask that you transfer your payment of £225 per person to the Windsor RFC account directly. You can pay in one lump sum or in three instalments (£X on X, £X on X and £X on X). All payments need to be received by X to guarantee your place.
