WINE FOR SPRING INTO SUMMER - EMERGING REGIONS & CLASSICS 3 HOURS WINE AND...

Following the success of our Christmas wine event, our friendly local wine boffin, Alex has kindly agreed to another session at FS. He and his new sidekick Tom have been researching the emerging regions and have arranged an evening for us to try their favourites. We will supply some tasty food to polish the evening off in style.
Alex works with Hallgartendruitt & Novum Wines (HDN to his friends), who supply many of the UK and Manchester’s finest restaurants, so don’t expect to see you local favourite from the Supermarket!
Taking the formality out of a wine tasting evening, Alex will bring a choice of 6 reds, 6 whites and a couple of sparklers so we can taste and question him accordingly – Orders can be placed on the evening and delivery will be to the Cook School the following week. We will be at the cook school from 7 but come when you can, it’s a vey relaxed affair.
After wine tasting, it is customary to be craving a full glass of something tasty (or a cleansing ale) so our bar will be well stocked for the evening….As we are in a cookery school, it seems only right that we have a pot of something bubbling away to eat after tasting, so feel free to stay a while.
