We’ll be focusing on conventional, organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines. From added sulphites to indigenous yeasts we’ll help explain and debunk some myths and misunderstandings about the differences between these wines. Through relaxed and open minded discussion we’ll take you through a journey of 4 different wines, from conventional to natural, and explore the differences between them. All the wines will be matched to a sample of our cheese, meats and bread.
