Wines included:

Jean-Michel Gerin Vin de France La Champine Syrah 2017 - Offering terrific value, this is a well-crafted and approachable young Syrah from the Northern Rhône. The La Champine offers notes of blackberries, raspberries, violets and peppercorn on the nose. Incredible silky and smooth on the palate, its medium-bodied and well rounded in the mouth, with red-fruit flavours alongside hints of thyme and sage. The finish is long and mouthwatering.

Domaine Constant Duquesnoy Vinsobres 2016 - "The 60-40 Grenache-Syrah 2016 Vinsobres is easy to drink without being simple or facile. It offers distinct aromas of pepper, plum and raspberry, a full-bodied palate underscored by lush, supple tannins and ripe stone fruit and savory spice on the lingering finish. It should drink well for at least another 4-5 years." - Joe Czerwinski, The Wine Advocate 91/100

Domaine du Gros Nore Bandol Rouge 2016 - This largely whole-cluster Mourvèdre in 2016 is a dark beauty, a tapenade of black olives infused with wild southern herbs, earth, and stones, with a glorious tannin that shows no aggression.

Domaine Martinelle Ventoux Rouge 2017 - 'Fresh cassis and blackberry flood this gorgeously plummy blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Counoise. Sourced from high-altitude, limestone soils, it's voluptuous but briskly balanced. The long finish is marked by fine-tipped tannins and lingering hints of bramble, dried mint and garrigue. It's at peak now through 2027.' - Wine Enthusiast 93/100

Domaine Clos du Mont Olivet Lirac 2018 - A well crafted and elegant Lirac from one of the finest producer in Chateauneuf. Crunchy and pure black cherry, red plum, raspberries engulf the palate, accompanied by wild herbs, baking spices and gentle smoke. It is medium bodied with suave and elegant tannins. A lovely balancing acidity adds freshness and vibrancy. Would go wonderfully with pork sausages with herbs, lamb and smoked meats.

Chateau St Cosme IGP Blanc Deux Albion 2018 - Louis’ answer to the markets increasing demand for interesting, good quality and good value Rhone white wines, and a certain passion project for Louis himself, vinified from grapes in his newly purchased Saint Martin Vineyards in Violes. Wonderful freshness, aromatic finesse and salinity with dried Apricot, marshmallow, heirloom rose and mint shining through and the palate is no less spectacular! Louis has said that he is extremely proud of this wine.

Domaine Grand Nicolet Vin Doux Naturel Rasteau Ambre - A truly luscious dessert wine par excellence! Made from 100% Grenache from 80-year-old vines this Vin Doux Naturel enchants you with its finesse and fruity bouquet of dried fruits, honey and hazelnut. On the palate, it is a symphony of dried fruits enhanced by a slight acidity that gives incredible lift and freshness. Truly a stunning and refined VDN. To be served chilled.

Our wine tastings last approximately 2 - 3 hours and are delivered by trained sommeliers and suppliers. Charcuterie boards can be added at point of purchase or on the night, each board serves 2 people and is a great choice to heighten your experience.
