Chef Antony is presenting 6 dishes from 6 different regions of France. Each dish is beautifully accompanied by 6 amazing natural wines, carefully selected by our resident wine expert; Mathieu.
Take a ride with us - from the sun and the sea of the Atlantic Coast, with Oysters and Muscadet; to the cooler weather of the Alsace, with munster fermier and a 2002 'Rot Mule' Riesling.......
