In the case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the event, the value of tasting tickets is convertible and can be:
Applied towards another tasting at the same store within 3 months
or
Used as store credit in the same store for 3 months.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours of the Event or No-Show:
In the case of cancellation within 24 hours of the event or a now-show, tickets are non-convertible.
