Event description

Description

Experience a one of a kind thrill by taking on a wing walk whilst raising vital funds for Autism Wessex.

Flown by a fully qualified wing walking display pilot, you’ll get the opportunity to complete flypasts, zoom climbs, steep dives and banks in front of friends and family with speeds of up to 120mph.

The challenge lasts for 10 minutes and you’ll be provided with a comprehensive safety briefing by the flying team before you’re then strapped into your harness to begin your adventure. Read the faq's below for more about the entry requirements and challenge.

Please note you must be no heavier than 13 stone 4 pounds (85kg) and between 18-65 years of age. You can wing walk between 65-75 years of age but you would need a GP’s declaration of good health.

Register today for just £99 when you commit to a £600 sponsorship target - this is in addition to and separate from the registration fee.

We ask that you raise £390 of your sponsorship target two weeks before your wing walk date. This is because we will be invoiced for the cost of your wing walk by the challenge organisers beforehand. If you have not raised at least £390 by Friday 30th August 2019, you will not be allowed to participate in the challenge.
