Developing a portfolio career that involves interaction with the executive board brings with it many challenges.

How do you find the right roles and ensure that you are seen to be the best person for the job?

Managing the transition from the behaviours and competencies of a successful professional to those of an accomplished board director, non-exec or top-level consultant requires change at many levels. Creating the marketing collateral to gain the all-important interview, understanding how to win at interview and then ensuring that you make the right contribution to the board are vital steps to gain a single role. Tenacity and flexibility are then needed to increase your portfolio to match your expectations.

Join us for an inspirational and informative day, with sessions led by industry experts and speakers, and learn how to enhance your boardroom skills.
