Event description

Description

Developing a portfolio career as a non-executive director brings with it many challenges. How do you find the right roles and how do you ensure that you are seen to be the best person for the job?

Managing the transition from the behaviours and competencies of a successful executive director to those of an accomplished non-executive requires change at many levels. Creating the marketing collateral to gain the all-important interview, understanding how to win at interview and then ensuring that you make the right contribution to the board are vital steps to gain a single role. Tenacity and flexibility are then needed to increase your portfolio to match your expectations.

Join us for an inspirational and informative day, with sessions led by industry experts and speakers, and learn how to enhance your non-executive skills.
