WINNING WAYS TO A BETTER WELL-BEING.

Fiona Seigneur is launching the 2nd edition of her book 'Honor Your Well being'. Its planned to be a day of inspirational content to promote individual well-being - and, of course, to everyone's well-being, fun and food will be included.

In addition to the opportunity to listen to Fiona Seigneur and the ability to purchase herr book, there will a variety of well-respected and influential speakers.

The day programme will be as follows:

Host - Rose Marie Starkey-Calder. Rose Marie has diversified experiences in the field of communication. Since relocating to Bletchley from the United States, she presents communication workshops and seminar besides being a keynote speaker. Rose Marie is also Milton Keynes radio presenter and works with Pinewood Studios. Her business 'Unbeatable Dreams' works with young people and adults.

Speaker - Vinette Hoffman Jackson. Vinette is an international multi- ward-winning speaker, author and blogger. Vinette’s personal journey has fostered the creation of her business brand ‘Behind My Smile'. The Behind My Smile blog and upcoming talk show provides a medium for ordinary people to share their authentic and extraordinary stories. She regularly delivers key note speeches, bespoke workshops and communication coaching worldwide. Her bestselling books include ‘Did the Right Sperm Win? Bks 1&2, Vinette’s Vignettes and Behind my Smile have been endorsed by Les Brown and Jillian Haslam. She has appeared on the BBC and several local newspapers.

Speaker - Alistair Hesselton. Alistair’s story is one of perseverance and determination. In 2006, the premier league football striker was involved in a car accident which claimed the life of his best friend and fracturing Alistair's skull which led him to spending two months in a coma. Despite being told he would never play football again. He developed and worked with family and friends and Football Association and medical personnel to be able to resume playing football and became a shining star and played a crucial role to the lead up to the 2012 Paralympics. He is also named in the National Football Museum.

Currently Alistair is a mentor and speaker for the next generation of footballers, working with the Premier Football Association, Premier League and regional Football Associations to guide and inspire children across the country.

Speaker - Dave Wilkes. Dave specialises in writing bespoke Personalised and Inspirational poems *for all ages. Appearing with many other celebrities and known to at times gift his poem, he has touched people far and wide with his gift of expression through words. Dave has also bgeen showcased on radio and internet TV

Speaker - Philip Chan. Philip is an International Teacher, Speaker,Motivator and Mentor and retired Olympic Sportsman and UNICEF ambassador. Appearing many times on radio and sky tv, Philip is now working with other health professionals in the prevention and rapid recovery from injuries in Sports using his wholistic method to enhance the careers of sports people and celebrities and those who he meets.

Speaker. Professor Chris O' Imafidon. Profession O'Imafidon is an adviser to Governments, Monarchs, & Leaders, Keynote Speaker and Chair,Director of Excellence in Education

We are keeping our fingers crossed that Professor O’Imafidon will be able to make this event. However his attendance will depend on his engagements timings. He is being mentioned due to his contribution to Fiona Seigneur's book.
