Join our free weekly Wins & Wobbles Drop-In – an open, relaxed space to share what’s working, what’s not, and to connect with others doing the same brilliant (and sometimes lonely!) work across different businesses.
Whether you're brand new to the role or have been flying solo for a while, these sessions are your chance to:
- Connect with a community of like-minded Champions
- Celebrate small wins and progress
- Get ideas, guidance, and support from others
- Feel heard, uplifted, and inspired to keep going
Hosted by Caroline Hodson – Employee Engagement Coach and Creator of The Mojo Method, this is your opportunity to experience the community and support that powers our 12-month wellbeing programme — no pressure, no pitches, just people supporting people.

We open with a quick check-in, share our “wins & wobbles” (what’s going well, what’s challenging), and discuss one practical idea you can take away. It’s informal, inclusive, and always supportive.
Not at all. You’re welcome to just listen in if you’re not ready to share. We know these roles can feel overwhelming — this is a no-pressure space.
This session is completely free and designed as a “try-before-you-buy” space to experience the Mojo community in action. If you want to explore the full 12-month programme after, we’d love to chat — but there's zero obligation.
No problem! You can come once or as often as you like. Each session is standalone, so you’ll always feel included whether you’re a regular or a one-time visitor.
The session lasts 30-40 minutes maximum. We start and finish on time so you can get back to your day feeling more confident and connected.
