Join our free weekly Wins & Wobbles Drop-In – an open, relaxed space to share what’s working, what’s not, and to connect with others doing the same brilliant (and sometimes lonely!) work across different businesses.

Whether you're brand new to the role or have been flying solo for a while, these sessions are your chance to:

  • Connect with a community of like-minded Champions
  • Celebrate small wins and progress
  • Get ideas, guidance, and support from others
  • Feel heard, uplifted, and inspired to keep going

Who is this drop-in for?

This is for anyone in a Wellbeing Champion role, HR support position, or simply passionate about employee wellbeing. Whether you’re just starting out or already running initiatives, you’re welcome!

What happens during the session?

We open with a quick check-in, share our “wins & wobbles” (what’s going well, what’s challenging), and discuss one practical idea you can take away. It’s informal, inclusive, and always supportive.

Do I have to talk?

Not at all. You’re welcome to just listen in if you’re not ready to share. We know these roles can feel overwhelming — this is a no-pressure space.

Is this part of a paid programme?

This session is completely free and designed as a “try-before-you-buy” space to experience the Mojo community in action. If you want to explore the full 12-month programme after, we’d love to chat — but there's zero obligation.

What if I can’t make every week?

No problem! You can come once or as often as you like. Each session is standalone, so you’ll always feel included whether you’re a regular or a one-time visitor.

How long is the drop-in?

The session lasts 30-40 minutes maximum. We start and finish on time so you can get back to your day feeling more confident and connected.
