Welcome STALLHOLDERS
Join us at Keynsham Baptist Church for a day filled with creativity and unique crafts. Our event will showcase a variety of talented stallholders offering handmade goods, arts, and crafts. Dont miss this opportunity to exhibit and sell your produce at this popular event. There will be a summer and winter date. If you have been before, you know how much we enjoy these events.
A stall holders place will allow for one standard size table (180 cm long x 80cm wide) and a little space at the side for a small rail / display.
Chairs will be provided, but pLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TABLE.
If you are unable to bring your own table, there is a LIMITED number at the venue that you can reserve, by emailing the organiser. hippy_amyjo@hotmail.com
Times will be as usual: 10am - 4pm open to the public, and you can SET UP FROM 8AM.
You may unload from the street nearby and then go and park your car for free in one of all day car parks down the road - for example this one - Address: Bath Hill, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 1HH. You can then easily walk back to the venue. We will watch your stuff in the meantime. Please dont set down before 4pm unless you really have to, or you have sold out!
Frequently asked questions
You can pull up on the street at the front of the building just outside or along the street in one of the temporary parking bays / disabled bays. Before you enter the one-way high street entrance, there are a few spaces before that - opposite the big church on the corner.
You will need to move your car to one of the all-day car parks, which are currently FREE on a saturday. Use google maps to locate them. Or here is the address of the main one people use Address: Bath Hill, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 1HH.
Please contact the organiser about any extra things you bring in addition to your table. If your extra item will fit within 1-2 feet next to your table, then that is fine. Extra tables need another space booked though.
Yes. The full price is for the main room. the other prices are for the Cafe area or the Foyer.
The onsite cafe will be selling hot drinks and breakfast items until about 12pm. The church is on the high street so there are lots of options just outside too.
