Winter Gongs - A time for stillness - with Heather and Grace
Event Information
About this Event
Winter: a time for peace, rest and recuperation. A time for reflection, stillness and space to restore & repair ourselves. A time for gratitude and celebration for the love and abundance in our lives. Snuggle in the security and warmth of seasonal love and goodwill as we approach the equinox and festive season.
Following the success of our 'Autumn Gongs' event, Heather and Grace return to Beech Hill and invite you to lie down and deeply relax as we nurture the glowing embers and evoke the gentle dancing
flames of sound through the use of the Gongs, Drums, Crystal singing bowls, voice & chimes.
Recent scientific studies have shown that partaking in a Sound/Gong bath has a notable therapeutic benefit to your health & well-being.
The vibrational frequencies of the sounds permeate into your body at a cellular level improving your mood, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress factors, anxiety, depression & insomnia.
People who have been before have said:
“The evening was amazing, we loved every minute of it! Thank you. 🙏 Can't wait for next time.” “This might have been one of my most intense relaxing meditations so far. I feel fantastic, like a weight has been lifted. So relaxed! Lovely atmosphere and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!” "It was totally incredible!"

About us:
Grace is a kundalini yoga teacher and sound therapist who specialises in using breath posture and the gongs to achieve altered states and deep relaxation working with her quartet of planetary gongs. Grace says, “These 4 gongs blend in beautiful harmonic tones. Together they are deeply meditative and transformative. They have resonated with me on my journey of personal growth and transformation. My connection with them is deep and personal. I look forward to sharing their powerful vibrations with you to help you on your journey.“
Heather is a Sound & Shamanic practitioner with 9 years experience of leading Sound baths. She believes sound to be the medicine to heal an abundance of mental health issues. Heather says, “Sound is an incredibly powerful modality to work with because it’s multi-faceted with layers of additional harmonic tones that only sometimes are audible. It’s the physical & emotional reaction that we have to hearing & feeling the vibrations of the sounds that improves our well-being tenfold.”
