Winter Meditation Classes, snuggle up in the comfort of your own home and explore the stillness within…
Short on time? 30-minute classes are now available. Classes can be used to invigorate your current meditation practice, or to assist beginners in establishing a regular practice.
Techniques including Heart Coherence, Breathwork, Visualisation, Dynamic Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation will be used to relax the body, quieten the mind, and open our awareness to the beautiful stillness within.
£5 drop in per class or £20 for 6 classes
